He later expanded his knowledge of effective branding and communications techniques while working at Atlantic Canadian advertising and marketing agencies such as Pulse Marketing. Bruce's ability to understand client views and requirements and his more than 25 years of industry experience have earned The Wright Agency a loyal list of high-profile clients.

Susan brings 20 years of experience in accounting and related financial management skills to The Wright Agency. Her previous accounting positions include a leading firm of CAs, where she served a wide variety of clients, and Bruncor Inc., where she was Manager of Corporate Accounting. She has spent the past six years in the marketing industry, and continues her commitment to providing highest quality client service and financial management.

With a decade of progressive marketing experience Hayley comes to us with a passion for alternative advertising and executional excellence. Hayley’s work as brand manager for Swiss Chalet, on national brands such as Alexander Keith’s, Canadian Club, and international brands like Jagermeister and Absolut Vodka, has allowed her to expand her skills in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, strategic planning, promotions, event marketing, trade marketing, and e-marketing.
